PassaicMarijuana.clinic is an online directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting Passaic residents with NJCRC-registered providers for Medicinal Cannabis Program certifications.
We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified NJCRC-registered providers and guide them through New Jersey's NJMCP certification and registration process — from Downtown Passaic and the Third Ward to Dundee Island, the Passaic River waterfront, and every Passaic neighborhood.
Every provider on our platform is registered with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission under the Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act and qualified to issue Authorizing Provider Statements for the NJMCP.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Passaic patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows NJCRC requirements. Patients register directly at the NJMCP patient portal after their visit — the digital card is free and the clinic collects no state registration fee.
New Jersey's Medicinal Cannabis Program (NJMCP), administered by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC) under the Jake Honig Compassionate Use Medical Cannabis Act, works as follows: a Passaic patient books a real-time video visit with a NJCRC-registered provider through this platform. The provider reviews the patient's medical history against New Jersey's qualifying conditions. If a qualifying condition is present, the provider issues an Authorizing Provider Statement containing a reference ID and registry ID number. The patient then registers at the NJMCP patient portal, uploads proof of NJ residency, selects an Alternative Treatment Center (ATC), and chooses a card. The digital card is free; a physical card is $10. Cards are valid for two years. Once registered, the patient may purchase at any licensed NJ ATC statewide.
New Jersey medicinal cannabis patients are exempt from the sales tax and Social Equity Excise Fee charged on recreational cannabis purchases. For Passaic residents using cannabis regularly to manage a qualifying condition, this exemption represents meaningful ongoing savings across a two-year card period.
